Connect with God

The Church

Your purpose

Rooted isn't simply a Bible study or a book. It is a community experience, where people practice 7 rhythms essential to a healthy relationship with Jesus. Individuals establish firm roots in the truth of God's Word through personal study and then come together to discuss what they're learning in a space where they are safe and known.

Whether you choose to go through Rooted in your existing life group or in a new group, you will experience fresh growth in your personal journey with God.

All groups will begin with a large group experience on Sunday, January 5.

Groups will also meet together on February 23 for week eight, as we learn about finances.

They will all celebrate together on March 15.

These three large-group meetings will be at LCC from 4-6pm.

(Please sign up for February 23 childcare by February 14 so we can secure sitters.)

We will celebrate as as a family on March 15, so your children are welcome to attend with you; no registration needed.

Groups will meet separately all other weeks.

Read below about some of the specific experiences you will encounter as a group and sign up at the bottom of the page.

prayer experience

The prayer experience is where each Rooted group goes through a time of prayer together as a group. They pray for one another, the community, the world, and for God to reveal to them His purpose for their lives. It's one of the most catalyzing moments during the Rooted experience. This will take place in week three of your group.

serve experience

In the serve experience, each Rooted group joins with a community partner and serves together as a group. They can coordinate with LCC staff for specific partners to work with and then plan a time to serve as a group. This instills a regular habit of serving within the new group.
